Creath Pollak is a partner at Minter & Pollak, LC, where she brings more than 20 years of legal experience to clients throughout Kansas. Her practice concentrates on estate planning, banking law, and real estate law—with a special passion for helping families protect what matters most through thoughtful, personalized estate plans.
Creath earned her law degree from Tulane University in 2003 and her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University. She is licensed to practice in Kansas (2004), and Missouri (2018). She was born and raised in Wichita and chose to return here after law school. Since beginning her legal career, Creath has remained committed to offering effective, efficient, and affordable representation. Her approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering practical solutions with a high level of service and accessibility.
Creath became a lawyer to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives—and that goal continues to drive her every day. She has served as a Girl Scout leader and a Scholar’s Bowl coach, guiding her team to a state championship in 2025. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, live music, and spending time with her children.
