Robert Minter, of Counsel

Robert Minter is the founding Partner of Minter & Pollak with over 55 years of experience. His practice focuses primarily on banking law.
He graduated from Friends University with highest honors in May 1965, with a BS in Math and minors in Political Science and Physics. He attended Denver University Law School his first year, before switching to Washburn University School of Law where he received his J.D. Degree in May of 1968.
After two years of legal practice for other firms, Bob founded his own firm, which he has maintained for more than 50 years. He is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations, and was presented a Life Membership in the Wichita Bar Association on November 12, 2013, in recognition of his many years of dedicated service.
He gives back to his profession by teaching classes on areas of his expertise. He has been a frequent speaker with the National Business Institute on topics including banking, corporate and business matters. He has served on the Board of Directors of three area banks, and he previously served as a director and secretary of a public trading company traded on NASDAQ.
