Josh Pollak

Josh Pollak is a partner at Minter & Pollak, LC, where he brings over 20 years of legal experience to clients throughout Kansas. His practice concentrates on probate administration, trust administration, corporate law, estate planning, and municipal law.  He enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals while providing pragmatic and client focused legal services.

Josh was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and received his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1999). He then attended Tulane University School of Law (2002) where he met his wife and partner Creath Pollak.  They moved to Kansas in 2004 to be closer to family and he has practiced in Wichita since then. 

Josh is deeply invested in the community serving as city attorney for several municipalities.  He was a long-time contributor to Wichita State University’s “Growing Rural Business” program speaking about important legal issues for small businesses throughout Kansas.  In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hunting and spending time with his children.
